Thank you for shopping with Aiden Designs. Because most of our products are custom-made and personalized, we have the following refund and return policy:

Custom & Personalized Items

All custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun.

This includes:

• Personalized tumblers

• Custom shirts

• Engraved cutting boards

• Custom signs

• Personalized gifts

• And More

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled if production has not started yet, please contact us via email for the quickest response!

Once production begins, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Non-Custom Items

Eligible non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
