Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all customization details, names, dates, spellings, images, and other submitted information are accurate before placing an order.

Aiden Designs is not responsible for errors provided by the customer.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies at any time.

Payment

Payment must be received before an order is processed. We accept approved payment methods offered at checkout.

Custom Orders

Custom and personalized products are created specifically for each customer. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded except as outlined in our Refund & Return Policy.

Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Aiden Designs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
