No physical item will be shipped. You will receive a digital invitation and/or event website depending on the package purchased.

Communication Required

After purchasing, you must contact me with your event details so I can begin creating your invitation. If I do not receive a response within 48 hours, I reserve the right to cancel the order.

Information Needed

To create your invitation, please provide:

• Event name
• Event date and time
• Event location
• RSVP information
• Theme, colors, or style preferences
• Photos (if applicable)
• Any wording you would like included

What's Included

✅ First draft delivered within 1–3 business days after receiving all required information

✅ Unlimited revisions for 3 days after the first proof is delivered

✅ High-quality final digital file for sharing with guests

Additional Charges

Basic revisions are included.

More advanced requests such as:
• Major redesigns
• Custom illustrations
• Additional invitation versions
• Last-minute rush requests
• Extra website features

may require an additional fee. Any additional charges will be discussed and approved before work begins.

If additional payment is required, it can be sent through Venmo.

Event Website Hosting

If your package includes an event website, the website will remain active until 4 days after the event date.

After this period, the website and all associated content will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring all names, dates, times, addresses, and event details are correct before final approval.

Customers must have permission to use any photos, logos, or copyrighted materials submitted for their design.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom and personalized nature of this service, all sales are final once design work has begun.

Refunds will not be provided after the first design draft has been delivered.
